VCR No Propagation Agreement

Buyer agrees as a condition of this sale that the “Genetic Property” for all Vivai Cooperativi Rauscedo (VCR) material involved in this transaction belongs to VCR and cannot be grafted or propagated. No one besides Inland Desert Nursery and NovaVine is authorized to sell, resale, graft or propagate these selections. VCR material cannot be used in cross-genetic multiplication. Violation of this clause may result in legal action.
