BEFORE CONTACTING US, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

· In your email, please include along with the inquiry your mailing address, shipping address, & the best phone # to contact you at. We will promptly respond with pricing and availability.

· After availability is confirmed and you grant permission to go forward with the order, we will forward a confirmation/deposit request, as well as a copy of our contract terms, which will need to be approved and signed. The deposit payment can be remitted via personal check once you receive and approve these documents.

· Depending on the size of the order, we will ask for a deposit of 25-50% in one or more stages. The final balance will be due after delivery, ideally on/around April, 1st.

· If we cannot confirm a certain selection, we suggest you ask to be added to our waiting list, which is served on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is quite common that our inventory estimates are conservative. It is also possible that we may experience a few cancellations. Under those circumstances, we are often able to supply vines that were initially unavailable.

· Lower grade vines may be substituted by IDN at the time of delivery if necessary. Our confirmations do not confirm grade. The best grade available will be delivered to our customers.
