Origin/History
Roussanne is often confused with Viognier, and many California vineyards planted Viognier in the late 1990's thinking it was Roussanne.
Wine
Provides golden color, excellent aging potencial, and tastes of honey, and honeysuckle fruit. It has rose and nutty aromatics, with a rich glycerin mouth feel and moderate acidity.
